Shanghai AURORA Education Development Foundation (SEDF) is a public welfare social organization jointly sponsored by Ms. Zhang Huili, a famous Chinese private educator and director of the management committee of Shanghai AURORA Education Group, Mr. Wang Zhenyi, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, a lifelong professor and doctoral supervisor, and Ms. Zhang Shen, the chairman of the board of directors of Shanghai AURORA Education Group and a representative of the People’s Congress of the Huangpu District, who were approved by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs and formally registered.<\/p>\n
The Shanghai AURORA Foundation for Educational Development has passed the strict examination by the relevant authorities and is qualified for pre-tax deduction of donations by public welfare social organizations and tax exemption for non-profit organizations. The Foundation accepts and uses donations in strict compliance with national laws and regulations, and carries out public welfare activities in strict accordance with the purposes and scope of the Foundation’s Constitution.<\/p>\n
