Management Trainee

Job Description:

1. Participate in the rotation of front-line positions in the customer service center, including the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, suggestions and other business, and gradually master the various business and management skills

2.Assist the department head in contract drafting, review, project bidding follow-up, project acceptance and payment back, etc., and participate in the organization and filing of sales information.

3.Assist the team in developing service strategies through customer feedback and demand records, use data analysis to optimize the service process and improve customer experience

4. Receive coaching from senior managers during the rotation period and participate in occasional training and exchange courses to prepare for the transition to management backbone

Tenure Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, male or female

2. Fluent in spoken English as a working language, English level 4 or above, with good listening, reading and writing skills

3. Good communication skills, proactive learning, self-driven, service-minded and team player.

4. Strong emotional control ability, able to adapt to the rotation system, and gradually understand the company's business operations and management processes from the front-line positions.

Benefits Salary:

Working hours: five off two, shift rotation 09:00-18:00 or 13:00-22:00

Internship subsidy: basic salary 2000 RMB/month + job allowance 900 RMB/month + performance 1000 RMB/month + full attendance 300 RMB/month.

Comprehensive salary:$4200/month.

Free lodging, utilities and property management fees at their own expense, 8 people, with independent bathrooms, dormitories provide basic bedding and free laundry service, according to the bed situation allocation

The dormitory is about 4 kilometers away from the company, 35-50 minutes by direct bus/ 20 minutes by bike/ 10-25 RMB by taxi.

Off-duty shifts at 22:00 are entitled to a $30/shift allowance.
