Platform Operation and Maintenance

Job Description:

1.Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the platform system to ensure the normal operation of the platform system

2. Check or follow up the data situation of the platform system from time to time to improve the data quality of the platform system

3.Docking downstream operators and assisting operators to solve or answer problems that may arise during the platform docking process

4. Handle emergencies in a timely manner, able to communicate effectively across departments, and cooperate with all parties to solve problems

5. For major accidents, the ability to summarize the technical aspects of the incident after the fact

6. Completing other projects, operations, and tasks assigned by the leadership

Tenure Requirements:

1.College degree or above, with experience in electric bicycle charging and switching industry is preferred

2. Settle in Shanghai, or holidays can respond to and deal with accidents in a timely manner is preferred

3. Proficiency in various office software, as well as a certain degree of programming ability or related knowledge

4. Good communication and presentation skills, problem analysis and handling ability

5. Strong learning ability and adaptability

6. A team player with a positive and responsible attitude to work

Benefits Salary:

Working hours: regular day shift, 8 hours/day; operations and maintenance work often involves system monitoring, troubleshooting and other tasks, the actual working hours may be slightly flexible due to business needs.

Internship subsidy: Comprehensive salary of 5000-10000 RMB/month
