Job Description:
Follow the restaurant instructor to learn the basics of the restaurant as well as management issues, hoping to grow into a restaurant general manager who can run a restaurant independently after 2-3 years of study.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn the fundamentals of restaurant operations from field training, area management, and store management
Manage staff, products, and equipment on assigned shifts to achieve five-star quality, service, cleanliness, and value for money
Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
Develop an understanding of basic supervisory, interpersonal, and intrapersonal communication and follow up skills
Ensure that all employees are working in a mutually respectful environment
Advancement Path:
