Job Description:
1. Integrate high-quality job information on campus and official job resources released by human resources and social services departments, verify the key information of the jobs and enter them into the system.
2. For students who have not yet realized their internship or employment, we accurately match job resources based on their majors and career intentions.
3. Assist in organizing interviews for students, follow up the process of employment, and ensure that students are smoothly on duty
4. Follow up with the students who have been employed, and coordinate to solve the problem of job suitability
5. Answer students' questions in the whole cycle of job-seeking preparation, interview process, entry procedures, job adaptation, rights and interests protection, etc.
6. Collaborative support on day-to-day matters
Tenure Requirements:
1. College degree or above, preferably in human resource management, administration or other related majors
2. Have the ability to operate office software, administrative management, employee relations and other practical experience is a plus
3. Clear logic, strong communication skills, ability to learn digital tools quickly and adapt to transactional work pace are required
Benefits Salary:
Working hours: five off two, 9:00-18:00, double off
Internship allowance: RMB 2,192/month
Location: Yangpu District, Shanghai
