Job Description:

1.Responsible for early childhood education and childcare services for children aged 0-6 years old, formulate curriculum objectives and implement teaching according to the age characteristics of young children, covering cognitive, language, motor, social and other areas.

2. Maintain classroom order and hygiene environment, ensure children's safety, and cultivate children's good hygiene habits and self-care ability.

3. Maintain close contact with parents, provide regular feedback on the growth of young children, provide targeted educational advice, and organize parent-child activities to enhance family participation.

4.Assist in the planning and implementation of garden activities, such as holiday celebrations, outdoor outreach, etc., to ensure the smooth running of the activities.

Tenure Requirements:

1. College degree or above, male and female are not limited

2. Have solid professional knowledge of early childhood education, master the laws of children's growth and development, and be able to skillfully utilize early education methods and teaching strategies.

3. Good communication and coordination skills, affinity and sense of responsibility, love the education industry

4. Standard Mandarin, basic English communication skills, able to communicate and teach in simple English

5. Familiar with office software and Internet applications, such as PPT production, lesson plan writing, etc.

Benefits Salary:

Working hours: double or single breaks, 6-8 hours/day

Internship subsidies: basic salary of 1800 yuan / month + postal salary + classroom fee + meal allowance 600 yuan / month, internship comprehensive salary of 2000-2300 meal allowance After the transfer of the comprehensive salary of 4000-6000 yuan / month.
