Description

1.Store daily operation: responsible for the daily operation and management of stores on mainstream e-commerce platforms such as Tmall, Jingdong, Jitterbug Xiaohongshu, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the store.

2.Commodity management: responsible for commodity shelves, shelves, information optimization, price strategy development and inventory monitoring, to ensure that the commodity information is accurate and attractive.

3.Activity planning and execution: plan and execute platform promotion (such as 618, double 11, double 12) and daily marketing activities, including activity registration, coupon setting, page decoration, etc., in order to enhance sales.

4.Data-driven decision-making: regularly monitor the store's core data (traffic, conversion rate, customer unit price, ROI, etc.), conduct data analysis, identify problems and propose optimization solutions.

5.Promotion: Skillful use of through train, drill show, super recommended, information flow advertising and other promotional tools, accurate placement, to enhance store traffic and conversion.

6. Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to plan store detail pages, short videos, live broadcasts and other content to enhance brand appeal and user stickiness.

7. Customer service synergy: collaborate with the customer service team, pay attention to user evaluation and feedback, optimize products and services, and maintain a good reputation for the store.

Tenure Requirements:

1.Education and experience: Bachelor degree or above, with 1-3 years of e-commerce operation related work experience, experience in pet category is preferred.

2.Platform skills: familiar with the background operation and rules of Tmall, Jingdong, Jitterbug and other e-commerce platforms. Proficient in business staff, Jingdong business intelligence and other data analysis tools is preferred.

3.Promotion ability: have certain paid promotion experience, understand the basic logic of SEM/information flow advertising, and be able to optimize the placement independently.

4.Data analysis: good data sensitivity and analytical skills, able to identify problems from data and drive business growth.

5.Core qualities: results-oriented, excellent learning ability, communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, able to withstand a certain degree of work pressure.

6. A plus: good copywriting skills, visual aesthetics or simple photo/video editing skills.
