Description
Job Description:
1. For customers who call the 10086 hotline or online channels to inquire about downgrading their packages, we retain customers by explaining package rights and benefits, recommending upgrade programs and other ways to keep them from changing their packages.
2. Service termination retention, making return visits to customers whose traffic packages and value-added services are about to expire, and providing renewal discounts or combination package programs to avoid service interruption.
3. Customer demand feedback, collect customers' opinions and suggestions on packages and services, record and feedback to relevant departments to optimize the service process.
Qualifications for the post:
1、 College degree or above, familiar with the operation of office software, typing speed of not less than 45 words / min, standard Mandarin;
2, good service consciousness and teamwork spirit, good communication, affinity;
3, with good stress resistance, down-to-earth, patience, sense of responsibility;
4, strong logical thinking ability and problem analysis ability, agile thinking, good at expressing their own views and opinions;
5, to adapt to the Shift work time.
Salary and benefits:
1, the new staff induction training, training allowance of 50 yuan / day, after one month of employment, according to the actual number of days of training issued, on-the-job less than one month without training allowance
9:00-12:00 13:30-18:00 (training period (including trial pick-up) 7-14 days)
2, after the completion of the training period, the internship salary:
Provide dormitory ( Girls only, 4 rooms, boys do not provide dormitory): 4500 yuan / month (must be received daily call volume of 90 passes, retention rate "75%, a drop to the end of the rate of" 45%) + incentive awards, a comprehensive monthly salary of 5000-6000 yuan / month; do not need a dormitory, an additional enjoyment of 500 yuan / month room subsidies; internship has not been completed for 6 months to leave, less 800 yuan of the month's rent
Work time: morning shift: 8:30-12:30 13:30-18:00 (training period, including trial reception 7-14 days) 12:30 13:30-18:00 Monthly off 7-8 days (scheduled off)
