Job Description:
Mainly responsible for on-line answering mobile users call to consult broadband and Chinese class problems, for users to accept to solve the mobile business problems, broadband class failure problems, broadband new installation and other business.

Qualifications for the post:

1、 College degree or above, familiar with the operation of office software, typing speed of not less than 45 words / min, standard Mandarin;
2, good service consciousness and teamwork spirit, good communication, affinity;
3, with good stress resistance, down-to-earth, patience, sense of responsibility;
4, strong logical thinking ability and problem analysis ability, agile thinking, good at expressing their own views and opinions;
5, to adapt to the Shift work time.

Salary and benefits:

1, the new staff induction training, training allowance of 100 yuan / day, according to the actual number of days of training issued
Training time:
9:00-12:00 13:30-18:00 (training period (including trial reception) 7-14 days)
2, after the completion of the training period, the internship wage: X/2500 * 4000 (X represents the monthly reception volume (X represents the amount of monthly reception, more labor, more pay) + full attendance award 300 + other benefits (team activities and holiday gifts), a comprehensive monthly salary of 4000-12000
Working time: morning shift: 8:30-12:30 13:30-18:00
evening shift: 11:30-16:30 17:30-21:00 (no night shift for trainees)
Monthly rest 7-8 days (scheduled breaks)
