E-Commerce Commissioner

Job Description:

1.Responsible for the company's online platform, through Tmall, Jingdong online chat online shopping guide, answer customers' questions about the product, guide customers to buy smoothly, contributing to the success of the transaction happily.
2.Be able to convert to WeChat friends (work WeChat), help customers to better use our products, produce a certain amount of reordering.
3.Order management, deal with the order inquiries, modifications, cancellations, refunds and after-sales applications, to ensure that the order process is smooth. Tracking order logistics status, coordinating with warehouse and logistics department, dealing with abnormal situations (such as delay, lost pieces, etc.).
4. Handling customer complaints and disputes, providing reasonable solutions, maintaining customer satisfaction, following up the return process, ensuring that refunds, reissues, and other operations are completed in a timely manner.
5. Maintaining customer relationship, collecting customer needs and suggestions, and feeding back to the relevant departments in order to optimize the products and services.
6. Statistical Frequently asked questions, types of complaints, regularly submit customer service work report, to help optimize the service process.

Qualifications for the post:

1.Strong learning ability, to be proficient in product knowledge, which is the basis of answering questions for customers.
2.Have goals, can be self-demanding in the work to improve sales skills.
3.Skilled in the use of office software (Excel, Word) and e-commerce back-office systems (e.g., Taobao Thousands of Cow, Jingdong customer service butler, etc.).
4.Fast typing (≥50 words/minute), with excellent verbal expression and communication skills .
5. Strong sense of service, patient and meticulous, able to properly deal with customer emotions, remain positive and optimistic.
6. A plus, have Tmall, Jingdong, Jinduo and other related work experience, familiar with the rules of e-commerce platforms.
7. Full-time college degree or above

Salary and benefits:

Internship time: Monday to Friday + weekend 1 day (26 days a month), 8:30~18:30 (including lunch Tea break for a total of 2 hours)
Internship Salary: 150 yuan / day (if the internship period of less than seven days, then 100 yuan / day) + meal allowance of 15 yuan / day
Consolidated: 4,000-4,500 yuan / month + performance
