Job Description:

1. Communicate with customers through online chat/telephone, provide product consultation, product recommendation, assist customers to complete the purchase process, increase customer interest in brand products, return/exchange processing and other related business issues
2. Skillful in product information, platform activity information, platform processing process and rules, proactively participate in various types of information and rules of the training and flexibly apply to daily work
3. Provide accurate judgments on customers' relevant credentials and provide customers with effective solutions in conjunction with the store's after-sales processing process 4. Follow up and provide feedback in a timely manner according to the business process in case of escalated complaints. Make accurate judgment on the relevant documents provided by customers, combine with the store's after-sale processing process, provide customers with effective solutions

Qualifications for the post:

1. college degree or above, intern part-time is also acceptable, customer service experience is preferred
2. skilled operation of Word, Excel, Outlook and other OFFICE office software, typing speed of more than 60 words / minute
